Im not too hot on my 60's and 70' muscle ID skills, but it looks like a Mustang mach1 i think. The shape was off to be a charger, i think.

i suspect so. But i was saddened that the owner didnt even bother opening the hood. I assume all muscle guys would give a solid attempt at fixing since a lot of them work on these cars themselves. Maybe a trans issue though. who knows.

I went to the local River Run this weekend and there was a nice mid to late '60's Impala that had "Did you build that or buy it?" on the back window. The first may apply here.
